I’m a habitual learner, a dog and human mom, a lifelong Vermonter, an Army wife, a teacher’s daughter, and an outdoorswoman with a deep love for the planet.

I approach life and work with empathy, grit, and curiosity. I love figuring out how things work and how they could work better. Whether I’m rethinking a workflow, reviving a process, or reorganizing a closet full of superhero action figures, I find joy in fixing what you didn’t know was broken.

In my free time, you’ll find me recharging and reconnecting by exploring the Green Mountains with my family, taking in live music, or creating something beautiful with my hands (bonus points if it involves power tools or a well-curated color palette!).

After graduating from Champlain College with a degree in Design & Multimedia, I started my career in graphic design and marketing, with the goal of one day becoming a creative or marketing director. While pursuing my MBA at Norwich University, I discovered a passion for business operations, team development, and all things logistics. Turns out, the part of my brain that loved design also loved a well-built system, a clean process, and yes, an organized spreadsheet.

Now, I bring together the best of both worlds: creative insight with operational precision. Whether I’m building workflows, driving strategy, or collaborating across teams, I’m in my zone when ideas are moving forward and everything’s running smoothly behind the scenes.

I’m energized by creative collaboration and grounded in operational strategy. A rare blend of right-brain curiosity and left-brain precision, and equal parts big-picture thinker and get-it-done executor.

With a background that bridges marketing, development, and business ops, I love turning bold ideas into real-world impact. From shaping brand stories to streamlining processes, I bring structure to creativity and momentum to strategy. I believe in making things work and making them beautiful along the way.

Creative minds need structure. Strategy needs spark. I bring both.
